I've always dreamed big when it comes to running. In high school, I believed I could compete at the Division I level despite personal bests of 4:42 for 1600 meters and 10:05 for 3200 meters. I didn't make the team, but that setback only pushed me to dream bigger.

After running 2:30 in my marathon debut, I set my sights on breaking 2:20 within two years. By continuously adapting my training and learning from each cycle, I ran 2:19 at CIM in December 2025. Today, I'm still evolving my training and chasing an even bigger goal: qualifying for the U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials.

Whatever your goal may be, I believe meaningful improvement is possible with the right training, mindset, and a willingness to adapt. If you're interested in working together, I'd love to learn more about your goals during a free consultation.
